(1) For the purpose of section 25 of the Act—

(2) For the purposes of section 25(1)(c) of the Act—

(a)an application for on-premises use and off-premises use shall include the following particulars—
- (i)the certificate of registration of the company or other legal entity issued by the Registrar of Companies; and
- (ii)the original or a certified copy of the birth certificate of the person to whom the licence will be issued;
(b)an application by a foreigner, in addition to subparagraphs (a)(i) and (ii) must also include—
- (i)an approval from Investment Fiji or a copy of the valid Foreign Investment Registration Certificate issued under the Foreign Investment Act 1999; and
- (ii)a copy of the work permit issued by the Immigration Department;
(c)an application for club use must include the valid certificate of registration, as required under the Registration of Clubs Act 1932.
